    All you need to make your own mala. Every kit includes all the necessary materials and a set of instructions in order to successful make your own mala. All mala kits use different colored druzy beads and thread/tassel and come neatly packaged.

    • REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

      Of course, we want you to love your purchase, so if the item you chose just isn’t right for you, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase on any unused items within the first 30 days after the order has been placed.  Just let us know at hello@mavysmalas.com and we will get back with you on where to send it. We ask that it be returned with your proof of purchase in its original packaging with tags attached. Thank you!

      SHIPPING FEES

      We are happy to issue a full refund on all purchases, but any shipping fees aren’t refundable. This applies to any shipping costs applied on your original order, as well as the return shipping for refunds.

      EXCHANGES

      If you wish to exchange your purchase, the cost to ship the new/replacement item out to you is the same as our regular shipping structure.   If there is a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we will either credit the card used on the initial purchase or send you an invoice to cover the difference and any return shipping costs.

      REFUNDS

      Once a return has been received your payment will be refunded via your original payment method within 3 business days of the date the item was received by us.
